The staff was kind. They promptly assisted me with my luggage. The private security at the hotel was reassuring and helpful. I found a nearby pharmacy and grocery store very convenient.

The breakfast started a bit late at 8:30, not ideal for an airport hotel.

Excellent Service and Decor!

The staff were attentive. Yasin was helpful when my mom arrived and needed assistance with her luggage and taxi arrangements. I appreciate his professionalism SO much. I liked the decoration. The harmony of colors in the room and the artistic touch of the wall and wood details caught my eye. The colored tiles and wooden floor splicing were GREAT.

Shuttle service operated efficiently. It was only 15 from the airport. The staff demonstrated helpfulness. Room service was available 24 hours. The room was clean. It also felt comfortable. I found it to be a stayable place. It is good for layovers.

Walls and ceilings have stone and cement finishes. I find them unpleasant.
